We will make repairs to your home caused by wear and tear. If you, your family or friends cause repair damage you will have to pay for this; this is called a rechargeable repair
You can report a repair online at any time you choose. In an emergency please do not submit an online form, call us immediately on 0161 217 6016.
You will soon be able to report repairs online through myonline, in the meantime please ensure you register here with myonline and you will be able to start using the service as soon as it is ready.
If you smell gas, do not switch any electrical appliances on or off. Open windows and makes sure there are no naked flames. Call National Grid immediately on 0800 111 999.
