Repairs during the Coronavirus Outbreak

From 24 March 2020, during the Coronavirus outbreak, we are responding to emergency repairs only, or issues that effect health and safety. Please help us during this time and don't report any non-emergency repairs via phone or myonline. You can report emergencies to 0161 217 6016.


Gas emergencies

If you smell gas, do not switch any electrical appliances on or off. Open windows and makes sure there are no naked flames. Call National Grid immediately on 0800 111 999.
