If you want to book a non-emergency repair, booking online is the quickest and easiest way to do it. You can report these 24/7 (even at the weekends) and on any device.

Note: This form can only be used to report repairs within your home it cannot be used for repairs to the block where you live.

If your repair is an emergency you must call 0161 217 6016. We will input the repair within the next two days and if appropriate we will text you to confirm this and include any appointment details.

Is your repair an emergency?
