If you want to book a non-emergency repair, booking online is the quickest and easiest way to do it. You can report these 24/7 (even at the weekends) and on any device.

Note: This form can only be used to report repairs within your home it cannot be used for repairs to the block where you live.

If your repair is an emergency you must call 0161 217 6016. We will input the repair within the next two days and if appropriate we will text you to confirm this and include any appointment details.

Is your repair an emergency?

If you have no heating or hot water; have a serious water leak; are locked out or cannot secure your door; or have a glazing repair You should NOT use this form. Please call our One Number Team on 0161 217 6016 and the team will be able to assist you.
