We understand that all repairs are important. However, we group repairs requests into different categories to make sure we deal with the most urgent ones quicker.
We group repairs as follows:
Urgent repairs
We will aim to carry out genuine urgent repairs within four hours of reporting. It may be necessary for further additional non-urgent work to be completed once the immediate problem has been addressed.
Non-urgent repairs
Non-urgent repairs will be prioritised by our trained staff and will be attended to at a time which suits the customer. This is usually within 20 days of the repair being reported.
Planned repairs
These are generally larger projects such as large areas of loose plaster or pointing to brickwork. These are scheduled to be completed within a six month period. It will be prioritised and completed as part of a small programme to help us manage our resources more effectively.
Programmed repairs
We have a team of stock condition surveyors who visit and assess the condition of our estates and properties. By using this information, we can accurately predict the life expectancy of things like bathrooms and kitchens. These are then programmed to be replaced as and when it meets the end of its useful working life.
