• When you report your repair, we will contact you via telephone, webchat or email, as applicable, to agree on a convenient date and time with you to carry out the repair
  • We will ask you to confirm that your contact details are correct and update our records accordingly 
  • Once the repair has been raised, we will text you to confirm the date and time of the appointment
  • We will send you a further text reminder 7 days before with details of your confirmed appointment
  • We will text you a reminder the day before your appointment
  • We will also text you when our operative is on their way to your property; and
  • Once your repair has been completed, we will text or email you a customer satisfaction form to leave feedback on our services.
