Steve is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and is a senior leader and highly regarded national expert in housing finance with 25 years’ experience in public and private sectors in business planning, financing and development, specialising in social and affordable housing. Steve is currently a Director at Savills Housing Consultancy leading their work on local authority development, growth and business planning, as well as helping the housing sector and investors raise private finance for new models of affordable housing. Prior to this, Steve was Director of Financial Policy and Development at the Chartered Institute of Housing.
