I joined the ASPIRE Panel as I am passionate about removing the stigma and stereotypes from those who live in any form of social housing. I believe it is important to listen to the tenants as they are the 'experts by experience', something that was a grave failure at Grenfell. I feel it is essential to continually engage with customers as partners. I hope to be able to use my skills, knowledge and experience gained during my career working with young people, and families, many who were vulnerable and at risk of homelessness, to support the panel and SHG strive to provide the highest standards for all its tenants. I love travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
