About the panel

The Aspire Customer Panel is made up of up to 15 Stockport Homes customers.

The Aspire Panel demonstrates SHG’s commitment to transparency, customer influence and accountability. The panel’s role is vital, encompassing the monitoring of performance, learning from complaints, amplifying customer voices, influencing decisions, reviewing policies and risks to service delivery

A working group of customers, with support from an independent mentor, devised the Terms of Reference and Roles and Responsibilities of an Aspire panel member.

By using their experience and knowledge of local issues, Panel members are committed to ensuring the voice of customers is heard by our Board.
