Note about affordability: 

Stockport Homes carries out affordability assessments for all applicants before any a new tenancy is started. This is to ensure that the new tenant can afford the property and receive some money advice if this is appropriate. Applicants will need to provide details of their income, including benefits, for assessment and failure to provide the information could result in an offer being withdrawn.
