We advertise all our homes, as well as other housing association and private landlord properties for rent through Homechoice on a weekly basis.

Note about affordability: 

Stockport Homes carries out affordability assessments for applicants before any new tenancy will be started. This is to ensure that the new tenant can afford the property and receive some money advice if this is appropriate. All applicants will need to provide details of all their income including benefits for this to happen and failure to provide the information could result in an offer being withdrawn.
