What to do if your heating stops working:
If you have no heating, then check the following:
Is your hot water working? Open a hot tap and try now:
Check that the Programmable Room Thermostat is showing the required temperature and turn it up a little by rooting the button and see if this makes a difference. If there is no display or it appears not to work, you will need to replace the batteries.
If the screen shows a flame symbol and you are still not getting any heating and you have hot water; please report a repair
Is your electricity working?
Your heating will not work if you have no electricity.
Check there is power to your heat meter (the display that shows how much credit you have). If this is blank, and you have electricity then there is a problem. Please report a repair
Check there is credit on the heat meter
If your main credit has run out then you can use your emergency credit if needed. If your emergency credit has run out, you will need to add more credit.
If credit is showing on your meter and the power is on to your system, but you have no heating and hot water, then; please report a repair
