Complainant Support
We offer a complaint support service to provide proactive support to vulnerable complainants who are suffering existing Anti-Social Behaviour. Our aim is to give a tailored offering of practical and emotional support to ensure you receive the most appropriate service. From the start of your Anti-Social Behaviour case, all the way through to a court case, if necessary, our Complainant Support Specialist will be by your side.
We work with all tenure of customers to ensure they feel supported to take positive action to address the Anti-Social Behaviour they are experiencing and improve their overall quality of life. In collaboration with internal and external partners we aim to complement the work of the Safer Stockport Partnership and work in line with the SHG Safer Neighbourhoods strategy.
To access the Complaint Support service you need to be a complainant in an active ASB case. If this applies to you, then please contact the Safer Neighbourhoods officer you are dealing with for your case.
