Week 1 – week commencing 7^th April 2025

Week 2 – week commencing 7^th July 2025

Week 3 – week commencing 22^nd December 2025

Week 4 – week commencing 30^th March 2026

You will only benefit from the rent free weeks if you have a clear rent account.

If you pay for your rent fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly the calculation will have already taken account the free weeks so that you pay the same amount every time so you won’t then pay less when the free weeks occur.
