Week 1 – week commencing 6th April 2026
Week 2 – week commencing 6th July 2026
Week 3 – week commencing 21st December 2026
Week 4 – week commencing 29th March 2027
You will only benefit from the rent free weeks if you have a clear rent account.
If you pay for your rent fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly the calculation will have already taken account the free weeks so that you pay the same amount every time so you won’t then pay less when the free weeks occur.
