Home Fire Safety Assessments

You can get personalised advice to keep your home safe from fire by using a Online Home Fire Safety Check tool. Click the link below in order to complete the Online Home Fire Safety Check to help you identify fire hazards in your home and get advice on simple changes that can reduce the risk of a fire.

If you are eligible, you will be presented with an online referral form for submitting to GMFRS' contact Centre.

During the free visit, GMFRS will provide fire safety advice and equipment depending on risk. They will need to talk to you about your health, home environment and your daily activities in order to understand your fire risk and provide the best advice for you.
