Complaints Advisory Panel

The Complaints Advisory Panel is a group of Stockport Homes customers who play an important role in helping us improve the way we handle complaints.

Complaints Panel

Panel members meet quarterly, to independently review closed complaints and provide Stockport Homes with recommendations of improvements going forward.

The panel provides valuable insight into what we are doing well and where we can make improvements. Their recommendations are shared directly with Stockport Homes and monitored by the Customer Engagement Team to ensure they lead to meaningful change.

This collaborative approach helps us strengthen our services, increase transparency, and make sure that customer voices are at the heart of how we learn and improve.
