Panel members meet quarterly, to independently review closed complaints and provide Stockport Homes with recommendations of improvements going forward.
The panel provides valuable insight into what we are doing well and where we can make improvements. Their recommendations are shared directly with Stockport Homes and monitored by the Customer Engagement Team to ensure they lead to meaningful change.
