How much am I likely to receive as a Landlord Incentive Payment?

This will be equal to 2 months of the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate in the area that your property is located, so it will depend from case to case. To check Local Housing Allowance rates in your area go to the Local Housing Allowance website.

What happens if my tenant fails to pay their rent on time?

This scheme guarantees rent for 3 months, plus we can provide tenancy support throughout the length of the tenancy.
