Homelessness duty to refer

Public Bodies wishing to notify the Stockport Local Housing Authority of an individual or family who they believe is homeless or may be threatened with homelessness, can fulfil their Duty to Refer by using the following referral form.

A protocol for referral and joint working is in place between the Housing Authority and most Public Bodies listed under the duty.
