Our new ‘THRIVE’ aims have been developed with customers, colleagues, partners and Stockport Council. The two plans work side by side to guide how we will improve services, invest in homes and communities, and deliver long‑lasting social value across the Borough.

Both plans are connected through our updated set of organisational aims, known as THRIVE, which reflect the outcomes we want to achieve for customers, colleagues and communities over the next five years:

• Transform – Maximising resources and efficiency through change and creativity.
• Homes – Providing safe, sustainable homes and vibrant neighbourhoods.
• Relationships – Working collaboratively with partners to achieve more.
• Inclusion – Supporting customers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Values Driven – Being an inclusive, great place to work.
• Excellence – High‑quality, customer‑focused services shaped by insight and feedback.

 
While THRIVE contains six aims in total, each plan focuses on three:

• The Corporate Plan prioritises Transform, Relationships, and Values Driven, focusing on how we grow as a Group, innovate, and increase social value.
• The Delivery Plan focuses on Homes, Inclusion, and Excellence, showing how we deliver high‑quality housing services for the Council and local residents.
