As Director of Property at Stockport Homes, Paul will be responsible for strategic oversight of the organisation’s property portfolio, maintenance programmes, compliance and capital investment. He will lead both the Assets and Three Sixty teams and works closely with residents, contractors and local partners to improve housing quality, increase operational efficiency and deliver strong customer outcomes. Paul is committed to sustainable, customer-focused asset management and continuous improvement.
Paul is an experienced and passionate leader in Property and Asset maintenance. Beginning his career in the sector as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, Paul has over 30 years’ experience in property. Paul has moved between various senior management roles including Managing Director, Operations Director and Quantity Surveyor for various Housing Providers across the North West.
A collaborative leader, Paul builds strong relationships with residents, local authority partners, contractors and internal teams to drive operational excellence and value for money. He champions improvements in customer service, building performance and sustainability — using data and innovation to reduce voids, optimise maintenance spend and extend asset life. Paul also focuses on staff development and organisational resilience, creating teams equipped to meet current challenges and future demands in social housing.
