Annual Renewal - Social Housing Applications

All social housing applications are subject to annual Renewal in line with the SMBC Allocation PolicyDetails of how to Renew the application will be issued via email to the Primary applicant every 12 months and it’s important to ensure a correct, current email address is listed on your Homechoice account.

Please note:  Renewal applications should be completed & submitted within 21-days to avoid Closure of the application.
