Stockport Homes Group (SHG) is proud to have achieved Gold reaccreditation from the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA), recognising its continued commitment to supporting customers affected by domestic abuse.
Following a thorough reassessment process, SHG was evaluated across a range of areas including staff development, safety-led case management, survivor-led support, responses to perpetrators, and its commitment to intersectional and anti-racist practices. The assessment also highlighted the importance of partnership working and effective communication in delivering high-quality support. After a rigorous review, the panel unanimously agreed to award SHG its Gold accreditation.
This achievement reflects SHG's ongoing dedication in providing safe, compassionate and effective support for customers, while continuing to work closely with partners to create safer communities across Stockport.
