You may receive a contact from Pexel Research, an independent research company, carrying out Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) perception surveys on our behalf.
As part of this, some customers may receive a telephone call from Pexel Research inviting them to take part. These surveys are a requirement of the Regulator of Social Housing and help us understand how we’re performing, what’s working well, and where we can improve our services.
Taking part is completely voluntary, and all feedback is confidential. We really appreciate customers who choose to share their views, as this helps us continue to improve our homes and services.
