This year, as part of our annual Customer Roadshow, we’re focusing on improving how we collect and understand Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) information. This helps us move beyond simply knowing our homes and buildings — it helps us understand the people who live in them. With better insight, we can provide better services, better support, and better outcomes for everyone.
We’ve worked closely with our Customer Voice Group to co‑design this year’s Customer Census, making sure it reflects what matters most to you. The campaign is called Help Us, Help You.
Look out for your survey
You’ll soon receive a short survey by email. It takes around 5–10 minutes to complete, and as a thank you, you’ll be entered into a prize draw.
If your contact details have recently changed, now is a great time to update them so you don’t miss out.
We may be visiting your area
Our team may be out and about in your neighbourhood in September, completing surveys on the doorstep. We’ll share dates and times over the coming months, so keep an eye out for updates.
