We’re asking customers to help us shape the future of the Stockport Homes website.
We want to understand how customers use our current website, what works well, and where improvements are needed. Your feedback will help shape our future website.
The survey asks about:
How often you use the Stockport Homes website
How easy it is to find the information or services you need
The parts of the website you use most often
The features or online services you would like us to improve
Your views on Artificial Intelligence (or AI)
Your awareness and experience of using web chat

You do not need to be a regular website user to take part. We also want to hear from customers who rarely use the website or have never used it, as this can help us understand what may prevent people from accessing our online information and services.
All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £25 vouchers*.
Please submit your response by 5 pm on Sunday 15th November.

The prize draw is run by Stockport Homes Ltd.
To enter the prize draw, you must complete and submit the Stockport Homes Website Survey and provide the contact details requested for the prize draw. You can complete the survey without entering the prize draw.
The prize draw is open to Stockport Homes customers aged 18 or over.
Employees of Stockport Homes Group who are directly involved in organising or administering the survey or prize draw are not eligible to enter.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw closes at 5pm on Sunday 15th November. Survey responses or prize draw entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
There are three prizes of a £25 voucher. Three winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one £25 voucher. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and no alternative prize will be offered.
The three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details they provided when entering the prize draw.
