We want to hear from you!

Stockport Homes would like your opinion on when the heating comes on and goes off in your block. The timings have been in place for over 15 years and we last consulted in 2016 in line with the policy to review it every 5 years. We want to know if the timings still work for people living in the block.

You can alter the heating in your flat through the thermostatic radiator valve (TRV). We can’t change the temperature of the main heating system, as this is set to 21°C which follows the guidelines from the World Health Organistion but we can change the timings if residents feel a change is needed. To find out more about your heating please see the FAQS here

We will let you know the results from this survey, and may use the results to change our policy on timings. If the majority of customers feel a change is needed, we will tell you before we make any changes.

Please complete the short survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KBCK3HD

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact us on 0161 474 4062 or energy.advice@stockporthomes.org
