Meet Webster, our new chat bot

Hi, I’m Webster, Stockport Homes' new chat bot.  

I’m here to help you find the answers to your queries on our website. You can ask me anything from ‘how do I apply for a home?’ to ‘when are the next rent-free weeks? I will search our website in record time and direct you to the information you need. 

Simply click on my image in the bottom right-hand corner of the website and ask me your question and I’ll do my best to help. 

I am here 24/7, 365 days a year, so it doesn’t matter if it’s an evening, weekend or bank holiday I will be here helping to answer your queries. 

As I learn more about SHG I will be able to answer even more of your queries. You can chat to me via your computer, laptop or mobile phone, whichever suits you best. 

Don’t worry if your query is more complicated! If I can’t answer it, I will direct you to the One Number Team so you can chat live to a member of the team (during office hours) or get a member of the team to contact you when they are back in.
