Stockport Homes’ Customer Scrutiny Panel recently became the only panel to achieve full marks on the Quality Assured Scrutiny accreditation assessment and we are proud to have been awarded ‘Most Inspiring Scrutiny Panel’ for two years running.
Stockport Homes wants to share its journey to excellence with other ambitious housing providers and use this opportunity to share experiences and best practice.
This workshop is aimed at staff, managers and tenants who are involved with customer scrutiny and will cover:
• Why customer scrutiny is necessary
• Ensuring scrutiny is understood and fits into the organisation
• Impact of the Green Paper
• Making judgements that have a real impact
• Achieving recognition
• Recruiting and training panel members effectively
