  • Let Only Tenant Find Package

    For a one off fee of £395, this package will give you access to the below services:

    • Initial advice on rental value and repair and maintenance needs
    • Gas safety Certificate and Energy Performance Certificate (Extra charges may apply)
    • Advertising your property and finding you a great tenant
    • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
    • Deposit collection
    • Preparation of tenancy agreement and informing utilities / Council Tax Team of an occupant change
  • Full Management Package

    Our full management package costs 10% of rental income, you get everything outlined in the tenant find package for half of its advertised price - plus the below services:

    • Full and comprehensive inventory
    • Collection of rent
    • Regular property inspections
    • Arranging repairs
    • Serving of notice on the landlord’s behalf
    • Check out inspection
    • Management of any claims against the deposit or bond
    • Assistance with court paperwork if necessary
    • Access to a dedicated tenancy manager
  • Guaranteed Rent Package

    Our guaranteed rental income package costs 15% of rental income, you get access to everything outlined in our tenant find and full management packages plus if a tenant doesn’t pay rent, we'll pay that to you until vacant possession is regained. 

  • Leasing Offer

    Our leasing offer includes everything referenced in the packages above, plus we will pay rent even if the property becomes empty, giving you zero void periods. To discuss pricing on this offer, please get in touch.
