Membership of the Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) is open to all Stockport Homes' Tenants and Leaseholders and is made up of up to 10 customers.
The Customer Scrutiny Panel are supported by Jayne Boote (Engage Associates) who provides independent advice and guidance to the Panel members. All new panel members will also receive training and support to help them with their role.
Anyone expressing an interest in applying for vacancies on the Customer Scrutiny Panel will be invited to an initial informal chat to go through what is involved. This includes:
- Qualities necessary to be an effective 'scrutineer'
- benefits of becoming involved in scrutiny
- Commitment involved in completing training and carrying out reviews
