The Customer Scrutiny Panel choose which service areas they want to examine and have access to whatever information they need to carry out detailed examinations and make a judgement of how that service is performing.
The Panel also carry out the role of the Customer Monitoring Group and make sure that customers’ views about Stockport Homes’ services are shared with Stockport Council’s Member Committee.
