We must stress that you are not authorised to exchange until you are given full permission in writing from Stockport Homes or your Landlord.

We are asking for this information because we need it to carry out an initial check and fulfil your application for a mutual exchange If you have found a match please be aware that in order for us to be able to process your application we will share some tenancy details with your mutual exchange match’s landlord (this applies to matches that include a housing association tenant) The data we collect will only be used to support this application and will be destroyed when it is no longer needed.
