Stockport Homes’ environmental team provides services including grounds maintenance, cleaning, caretaking and facilities management to all our properties, and commercially, through our in-house teams and external contracts and partnerships.
Join us at Cornerstone on Thursday 26th September to find out how new ways of working have:
• increased customer satisfaction with the grounds maintenance service from 43% to 88% during 2018;
• increased efficiencies reinvesting £500k into estates;
• grown the business and generated additional income through services to schools, community centres and other housing providers; and
• delivered programmes of training which have supported young people, customers and ex-offenders into work, volunteering and apprenticeships.
This workshop is aimed at staff, managers and volunteers who want to share good practice and plan for the future.
