The Government recently announced that annual rent increases would return for a five year period from 2020 – 2025. This provides much more certainty about the future of rents and protecting the quality of services to customers.
The current method of 1% annual rent reductions is still in place for a further two years from 2018 – 2020. This hub is your opportunity to see the current position for rents and service charges, and will seek your thoughts on where the flexibility created by the recent rent increase announcement should be focused.
