Rent Setting, Service Charges and Stockport Homes’ Delivery Plan

Hubs are an informal, flexible way for you to become involved in shaping Stockport Homes’ services and a place for you to voice your opinions and ideas with other customers. Coming to the Hub is also a way of meeting new people and staff from Stockport Homes. 


DATE: Tues 20th November 2018
TIME: 5.30pm-7.30pm (refreshments from 5pm)
PLACE: Cornerstone, Community Rooms

This meeting is your opportunity to see the current position for rents and service charges, and will seek your thoughts on the proposals for 2019 – 2020, which will mark the final year of statutory 1% annual rent reductions.

The hub is also an opportunity to review and give us your thoughts on Stockport Homes’ Delivery Plan, which sets out our plans and priorities.
