Customer Inspectors

We have a group of customer inspectors, known as the ‘Quality Panel’, who check the services we provide. They monitor if we are meeting our service standards and help us to identify improvements.  

  • Background

    The Quality Panel carries out at least 4 service checks per year. It meets regularly to discuss findings and agree actions with service managers. The Quality Panel works closely with the Customer Scrutiny Panel. Customer Inspectors can choose what activities they want to take part in. Activities can include:

    • Telephoning other customers about their experiences
    • Site visits
    • Mystery shopping

    As well as getting a better insight into how our services work, as a Quality Panel member you can also:

    • Influence improvements to our services
    • Learn new skills to enhance your CV
    • Meet new people
