We would like your views on our MySHG customer portal, which launched in June last year. This survey is open to all Stockport Homes customers, whether you have used the portal yet or not!  

All feedback we receive will help us to improve MySHG or help customers to access it more easily. You will be able to let us know what things you might like adding to the portal in the future, so we can factor these into our plans. 

A link to complete the MySHG survey has been sent out to customers by email or text. If you have not received a link to the survey and want to complete it, please email [email protected] and provide an email address or mobile phone number.

Terms and conditions: 

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to this prize draws terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is run by Stockport Homes Ltd.
  3. The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 and over (Stockport Homes staff members are excluded from the draw).
  4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter.
  6. The deadline for entries to the prize draw is 15th March 2024 at 5pm.
  7. All customers who complete the MySHG survey by 15th March 2024 at 5pm will automatically be entered into the free prize draw.
  8. The prizes are five £20 vouchers.
  9. The winners will be drawn at random.
  10. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  11. The winners will be notified after 15th March 2024.
