Join us in testing our website chatbot and play a key role in making it more user-friendly for customers. Your feedback will help us improve the chatbot to ensure customers can quickly and easily get the information they need. As a thank you for your time you will also be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win 1 of 2 £25 amazon gift vouchers*.

To complete the feedback and be entered into the prize draw you need to do the following:

1. Choose one of the surveys from the list below

2. Visit our website to find our online chatbot. You will find it on the bottom right-hand corner of the page: https://www.stockporthomes.org/. 

3.We will present you with a scenario that will ask you to use the chatbot to make a report, or find an answer. Please use the chatbot to try and do this.

4. Come back to the survey and answer the questions provided. 

For more information on how to use website, please visit the ask webster page. 

The survey will include a list of two scenarios that will present a situation or information you may be looking for on the website, please then use the chatbot to try and find this information anyway that seems correct for how you would use it.

Then complete the survey filling out the questions on how well you believe the chatbot worked in finding this information.

Terms and conditions: 

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to this prize draws terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is run by Stockport Homes Ltd.
  3. The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 and over (Stockport Homes staff members are excluded from the draw).
  4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter.
  6. The deadline for entries to the prize draw is 31st October 2024 at 5pm.
  7. All customers who complete the website chat bot survey by 31st October 2024 at 5pm will automatically be entered into the free prize draw.
  8. The prizes are two £25 vouchers.
  9. The winners will be drawn at random.
  10. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  11. The winners will be notified after 1st September March 2024.
