Stockport Homes have recently been awarded an accreditation that recognises the work that we do to ensure that we are always listening to our customers views and experiences and using feedback to shape and improve our services.
The Landlord Accreditation of Engagement was awarded by Tpas, an independent not for profit organisation who promote, support and champion tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England. The accreditation process requires social housing landlords to demonstrate their commitment to customers against the national standards for engagement.
We are delighted to have achieved the accreditation as we look forward to further developing and improving the opportunities available for customers to be involved in decision making and monitoring and challenging our performance and in demonstrating that we are listening to and working with our customers to continuously improve.
We’d like to thank all of the customers and colleagues who took part in the process and particularly our customers who regularly volunteer their time to work with us on service improvements, challenging and monitoring, sharing their experiences and supporting their local communities.
