We are excited to say we have gone live today with our new MySHG portal.
MySHG has now replaced our old portal Myonline and it that will allow you to manage your home online anytime, anywhere and on any device.
From 28th June, we will be sending all customers your account reference number and a unique activation code by email or letter, along with details of how to register on MySHG. These will be sent out in phases, so we can provide the best support to customers who need help getting registered.
Everyone who registers will be entered into a free prize draw to win one £100 voucher or one of three £50 vouchers*.
Once registered, you will be able to:
- View and download statements
- Make payments
- View your agreements
- Make complaints, report ASB and request money advice
- View requests and communications
- Access an easy link to report a repair
More features will be added to MySHG over time!
