From 21st June we will be launching a new customer portal called MySHG, which will replace Myonline.
Over June and July, you will be sent a unique activation code by email or letter, along with details of how to register on MySHG. Everyone who registers will be entered into a prize draw, so keep an eye out for details!
MySHG will allow you to manage your home online anytime, anywhere and on any device.
Once registered, you will be able to:
- View and download statements
- Make payments
- View your agreements
- Make complaints, report ASB and request money advice
- View requests and communications
- Access an easy link to report a repair
More features will be added to MySHG over time!
