During April, tenants living in Reddish and Brinnington will be invited to take part in a short survey about their experiences of paying their rent.

This is part of a research project being led by Sheffield Hallam University, funded by the Nuffield Foundation (for more information, see: https://holdingontohome.org/). A research company called Qa Research will be doing the surveys face-to-face.

If you want to take part in the survey, your answers will be kept anonymous and will not be shared with Stockport Homes. If you do take part, you will be entered into a prize draw with a value of £200 in shopping vouchers!

You do not have to take part in the survey: please just let the Qa researcher know and they will not contact you again.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Stockport Homes on 0161 217 6016.

“Phone calls to One Number”

To help us improve our services, we routinely record telephone calls to the One Number line for training purposes. During April, some of our recorded calls will be shared with Sheffield Hallam University as part of a research project funded by the Nuffield Foundation. Calls will be randomly selected, and those that are included will be used anonymously. If you do not want your call to be included, please just tell our team at the start of the call. If you do opt-out of participating this will not affect the service you receive from Stockport Homes. For full details of the study, how the calls will be used, and how this research will benefit social housing tenants please read the document below.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Stockport Homes on 0161 217 6016.
