Our ASB team has been working hard to facilitate help for customers suffering from mental health issues. They have recently helped a customer who was dealing with excessive noise nuisance that was causing his mental health to deteriorate. Working from a multi-agency approach we were able to utilize the new in-house CCTV system to ensure we supported the customer in relation to his health and wellbeing, he engaged well and he agreed to move to supported accommodation and we will continue to support him through this difficult period.
We are hoping to expand our control room to be able to effectively deal with ASB issues as soon as they arise to ensure the safety of our customers.
