Customers are at the heart of everything we do here at Stockport Homes Group – and are the reason that we are growing to make sure we can continue to deliver excellent services.
As a business, we have six key aims. It is important to us that our customers know what these are.
We really value your feedback on what they mean to you – and most of all, are we missing anything that should be included. All feedback received will be entered into a prize draw for £50 Amazon Vouchers.

This is our first aim, and it's about us always making sure we use your feedback including compliments and complaints to keep improving our services – is this message clear?
This aim is about homes and communities – do you think this is the right way to describe our aim? Could you suggest something better?
This aim shares how we work with partners such as local charities to make sure customers have access to a wide range of services – does this say what it does on the tin? We think this is the most confusing to explain so we would especially welcome your feedback on this! Does it make sense – how would you say it?
Now then..... this business aim for us is something we talk about all the time – but what does it say to you, our customers? Basically – by growing Stockport Homes Group we can continue to offer our services to you, not our basic ones like collecting rent, but the ones that transform lives such as employment support and counselling. Does this aim say this to you?
We pride ourselves on making a difference to social housing standards – and we talk about this with lots of people to keep making improvements and changes. Lots of work goes into this, from speaking with politicians and helping with reports that go to Parliament – but does this aim explain that properly? Tell us what you think – how could we make this clearer, or is it as clear as it should be?
Our Teams work hard to deliver services, and we continue to want to make sure they have support and opportunities to learn and develop to keep delivering excellent services. Does this aim make sense? Could we describe it differently? Let us know
