We have now launched web chat online for customers on the My home section of the website. This means you can access quick links or speak to a member of our team without needing to phone us. One of the team will review your query as quickly as possible and let you know the information you need. If you then need to download the messages, so you can save the information somewhere, you can do this too.
Look out for the icon in the bottom right hand corner on the My home pages if you want to chat live with us!
We will be adding this new feature to more pages over the coming months. We also plan to enhance this service over time, to include even more automatic responses and to enable you to enter a personalised reference (such as a rent account number or repairs order number) so you can do things specific to your tenancy. So watch this space!
