The 30,000 local residents who live in Stockport Homes properties now get an even better customer service experience with our new web chat facility.
Part of the reason this has been put in place is to help Stockport Homes provide a connected customer experience and to further understand and build relationships with customers who may not want to speak on the phone.
Simply click on the green chat icon in the bottom right of the screen and enter your query in the pop-up box.
This new feature is currently available on the ‘My home’ section of the website but is due to be added to more pages over the next few months, so watch this space!
There are plans to enhance this service over time, to include even more automatic responses and to enable customers to enter a personalised reference (such as a rent account number or repairs order number) so they can do things specific to their tenancy.
