Customer Service scoops National Award for Excellence

Stockport Homes Group has won the national award for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ award at the British Chamber of Commerce awards. The winners were announced at a ceremony at The Brewery in London on Thursday 30 November.

The award recognises the very best in British business and highlights the role of business in delivering growth and prosperity for the UK and local communities. 

Stockport Homes won the award for its approach to how the organisation ‘transforms lives’ for customers and is driven by a passion to deliver services that go far beyond being a traditional landlord.  The group think creatively to diversify and innovate to bring in commercial income and seek new ways of doing things in partnership.
