Stockport Homes are excited to announce the start of the 2021 Customer Roadshow.
Over one hundred staff have volunteered to speak to customers in high rise blocks about Building Safety and customers’ wellbeing.
Over 1700 customers will be contacted to make sure they have their say about how they want to be involved in the Building Safety Agenda and to ensure that any activities and events are tailored to the customers viewpoint.
Contact will be made through door knocking, telephone calls and social media as well as three events taking place in neighbourhoods with high rise blocks.
The events called “Connecting Communities” will run from 3-6pm and will have lots of fun and interactive activities for families and residents. The dates are as follows:-
- 19th August 3-6pm at Mottram St Central Stockport
- 26th August 3-6pm at Lancashire Hill
- 2nd September 3-6pm at Lenham Towers, Brinnington

Ensuring our customers have a say on how we deliver our services has always been a key priority for us. The customer roadshow gives customers the chance to share their opinions. This year the roadshow is around Building Safety and customer wellbeing, I would encourage customers to take part in the survey and help us shape our services.
