Energy Services Team Leader, Natalie Makin has been shortlisted in the Top 20 24housing ‘Young Leaders’ competition for her innovative approach to managing the Energy Advice Service, which carries out bespoke energy related visits to customers’ homes including helping customers with debt related issues and heating upgrades, helping customers to make great savings and for her commitment to her team and the organisational aims and values.
Those shortlisted in this year’s Top 20 have already been part of significant achievements in their organisation, working with both internal and external contacts to create and drive efficiency. They also have bright new ideas that could change the way the sector operates in the future.
