Posted 06 April 2020

Energy Services Team Leader, Natalie Makin has been shortlisted in the Top 20 24housing ‘Young Leaders’ competition for her innovative approach to managing the Energy Advice Service, which carries out bespoke energy related visits to customers’ homes including helping customers with debt related issues and heating upgrades, helping customers to make great savings and for her commitment to her team and the organisational aims and values.
