The Government is seeking the views of residents on the way social housing is regulated. There are a few reasons why a review is being undertaken. These include the fire at Grenfell Tower, the time that has passed since the last review of regulation, and the desire to ensure residents views are heard and taken into account.
Stockport Homes will be responding to the government consultation and would like to include the valued views of our customers in the response. The Government consultation is lengthy so we have broken it down into a handful of simple questions to guide you through the key points. There are two ways that you can get involved:
Coming along to a customer focus group on:
Wednesday 10th October
5.30-7pm (refreshments available from 5pm)
Cornerstone, Community Rooms, SK1 3NQ
Or if you can’t make it to the focus group you can still give us your views online by completing a few simple questions in our survey here.
Our survey will close on Wednesday 17th October.
Further, more detailed information about the government’s consultation is also available on Stockport Homes’ website here.
