Stockport Homes Group, the boroughs largest housing organisation, has been named as a finalist for ‘Employee Experience in Crisis’ at this year’s distinguished international awards ceremony.
The Customer Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate organisations from across the globe that go above and beyond for their customers, developing innovative solutions to put them at the heart of their everyday work.
Over the past 12 months Stockport Homes Group has continued to pioneer its excellent services to their customers by working collaboratively, guided by their mission “One Team – Transforming Lives”. Key to enabling growth of the group has been adapted working practices; supporting over 2000 customers receiving Universal Credit, making over 11,000 welfare calls and more.
The calibre of other organisations, Vodaphone, Lego, IBM, reflect the groups ground-breaking approach to assisting the most vulnerable in their communities.
Jenny Osbourne, Chair of Stockport Homes, said:
We’re delighted to be finalists in this prestigious award. To be amongst such an established host of nominees is credit to the group’s commitment to maximising digital technology, delivering essential services and keeping customers at the centre of all we do.
