Stockport Homes has retained its Investors in People (IiP) Gold accreditation and its Health and Wellbeing Award after a report praised the company for their commitment to wellbeing and people development.
IiP Assessor John O’Sullivan said,
Stockport Homes has demonstrated many of the characteristics associated with world class people management and this has been recognised with Investors in People Gold accreditation. The organisation has exceeded the industry sector benchmark on all nine indicators. It has also demonstrated Advanced Level practices across eight of the nine indicators and is High Performing in two of these.
They are a committed advocate and ambassador for Investors in People and has been appointed as an IiP Champion organisation. The organisation has continued to positively engage with Investors in People because it views creating people success as an essential element of delivering its vision ‘to deliver the best services to customers by being a great place to work’.
Stockport Homes has held Investors in People accreditation since July 2009 and achieved Investors in People Gold and Health & Wellbeing accreditations in October 2011.
