Stockport Homes has an exciting opportunity for a supplier to tender for a new Enterprise Management System. The solution will play a key part in Stockport Homes’ digital journey, transforming internal systems, customer service and online services for customers.
It will include core elements traditionally found in housing management systems alongside:
- full customer online access;
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
- case management;
- campaign management;
- document management;
- reporting; and
- mobile working.
We are looking for the right supplier who can fulfil our requirements and play a key part in our digital journey. Suppliers are encouraged to review the detail in the draft Statement of Requirements (SOR).
